My History of Ancient Rome class is still a struggle because of the professors accent. I have an example of the way she talks. And I quote, "I don't wanna confuse to much your head." By the time I figure out what she says, she has said a hundred other things and I fall way behind.
I am also having an issue with my vision. I thought it was just my contacts, so I changed them, but I still can't read the board. I feel like I am becoming more and more blind everyday. :(
The most exciting thing that has happened to me in the past two days happened while I was walking home from the tram stop alone. As I rounded the corner to head towards my apartment, there were two black men walking towards me. One came up to me, tapped me on the shoulder and said, "Escusa, you like my cock?" I was in so much shock that my mouth was probably hanging open. And I just bolted down the sidewalk. He continued to speak to me in Italian as I walked away.
The men in this country are pigs. I haven't found any decent ones. The only "normal" men are from the U.S.. I think I will have a much greater appreciation for American men when I return home. No matter how poorly they come accross, it will never be as bad as the men here. And I don't have much nice to say about the women either. They constantly glare at us like we are some diseased creatures.
Today nothing exciting happened. But me and the roomies are going out tonight. I am super excited. :)
